Description
Sand processed Toor Dal (ManKattiya Thuvaram Paruppu), is extracted using long traditional process in red soil. The organic toordal It has double the times benefits & nutrients of normal toor dal.
Today heavy pesticides were used in Grams to avoid pests but this is handled naturally in traditional way. This is pesticide free and is made using traditional organic method.
In the above said way the grams will be covered with red soil(Puttru Mann) and dried for few days. After that it will be grinded and processed for usage. This process enhances the nutrition in the Grams and also the taste.
